Dew Drops?

D.E.W.: Direct Energy Weaponry.

What is this? High energy concentrate lasers requiring no housing, no sound, no warning, and no shrapnel. It defies human instinct—high powered microwave weapons, melting gentle souls with no recourse to the might and main of so-called “civilized” countries that have created this new non-kinetic method of warfare. Just as the guns of the Boers were no match for the Zulu’s spears, and assegais during the battle of Blood River in South Africa so long ago, so too can we apply this metaphor. Another unfair advantage due to the technological divide that weighs nanotechnology against tape, wire and chemicals.

There is more money spent on developing and researching this new weaponry than the entire military budget of most countries. From a shocking report on Democracy Now radio on 7/25/06 I learned from eye witnesses that human beings coming under the assault of this aberration of the human mind actually melt, their bodies shrink to almost half the size evidenced by the tiny graves dug for their remains. In this “Gallery of Horror” doctors receiving the wounded have reported on the victims of this new experimental weaponry. They speak of burnt teeth, open abdomens and lots of cuts found in many people.

I am deliberately not using the names of perpetrators as I wish us as humans to focus on where we have come to as a species in accepting this heinous method of murder of innocent civilians. Who is next to suffer this demonic device? If sales go really well, could it be us?

Editors Note: Directed-energy weapons take the form of lasers, high-powered microwaves, and particle beams. Their adoption for ground, air, sea, and space warfare depends on using the electromagnetic spectrum. After more than two decades of research, the United States is on the verge of deploying and may now be testing a new generation of ghastly weapons that discharge beams of energy, such as the Airborne Laser, the Active Denial System, as well as the Tactical High Energy Laser (THEL).
